Vincent E. Baugh was born on a SAC base in Sedalia Missouri USA. Grew up in Chicago Illinois. Being the son of an air force warrior during Korea, and having been born into a military family, his application to the Air Force Academy was signed and approved by both Illinois senators at the time. Adlai Stevensen III and Paul Simon. After renouncing a place at ETON and having not reached the required 19 and half years required to join the academy, Vincent volunteered for the USMC.
After an enlisted career that spanned 4 years as a specially trained digital and electrical engineer, he went to work in the central orange county military industrial environment. There, he honed his skills in the corporate world as both a supply-chain management logistics specialist and microprocessor-control systems service engineer with such high profile corprorate entities as Baxter-travenol, Siemens and British Aerospace.
After serving in the corporate environment through personal mentoring of some of Orange County's most successful entrepenors, Vincent spent some time as a contract engineer across all of Orange County and eventually international work with an air services contractor.
One of these assignments, with SAS in Scandanvia, resulted in marriage and resettlement in Oslo, Norway.
Having served in a military foreign to Norway, and as such unable to work in the hi-tech fields he was used to, Vincent settled into consumer and commercial services electronics. After some time he became a film producer, with the Norwegian state as backer for his first project, as well as reinforcing his supply-chain management skills with a PMAA cerification as a PRINS II project manager. He produced a number of protest videos and a fair amount of unfounded projects.
Currently, Vincent is an officer with RAN and is on the board of Frogner district, Oslo MDG.
